Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All items purchased on this site are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless there are circumstances requiring a different carrier. In those cases the customer must contact us prior to making a purchase for a shipping quote.
In addition all items shipped domestically (United States) will be shipped insured. International insurance is not available in all countries and in those situations only International Priority Mail or International Express Mail options will be possible due to the availbility of tracking. In countries where shipping insurance is available we pay for the shipping insurance.
Returns
Items that we sell that are considered Vintage - not sold as new. We only accept returns if an item is NOT substantially as described on this site or it was damaged during shipping. If either is the case you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will then compare the item description with the item you received. If we agree and a mistake was made or agree the item was damaged during shipping we will accept the return providing it is returned to us with the original packaging it was shipped in. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving our approval for the return. Once received we will either issue a store credit or refund, this will be agreed to prior to the return. Products that are sold as New and arrive not in working order or damaged will be covered by Daniels Vintage Watches, the manufacturers warranty or in the case of damage during shipping the carrier. If the product is defective or damaged you must contact us within 3 days. If we approve the return the item must be returned to us within 7 days and in the original packaging it was shipped in. This is necessary for a manufacturers claim or a claim against the carrier. Once we receive the return we will issue a store credit, refund the purchase, replace the item or return it to the manufacturer for replacement.
